Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

KAppz LLC ("KAppz," "we," "us," or "our") operates consumer apps, the website at kappz.net, and custom app development services ("Hire"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with those offerings.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

Individual apps may collect different categories of data. Where an app's App Store privacy nutrition label or an in-app notice is more specific, that description controls for that app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Location

We do not collect precise location through the website. An app only uses location if that feature needs it and you allow it in system settings. You can turn location off in iOS or macOS settings.

2.4 Health and sensitive app content

Some apps, such as My Migraine Tracker, let you enter personal health-related notes or logs. Unless an app's App Store privacy label or in-app notice says otherwise:

If you contact support and paste health details into email or a form, we will use that information only to help with your request.

2.5 Phone numbers and texting

Phone number is optional on Hire quote requests. If you include a phone number in a quote message and ask to text, or clearly prefer texting, we may reply by SMS or similar messaging. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting at any time by replying or emailing us. Support form replies are by email.

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used under US state privacy laws.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including project records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Support and form messages are kept as long as useful for follow-up and records, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our size. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Please use strong device passcodes and keep your Apple account protected.

7. Your Choices and Rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or request portability where applicable, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Our consumer apps offered in those regions are free apps. We do not currently sell paid apps or Hire services as a commercial checkout to customers there. The website may still use Google Analytics for traffic measurement. If you are a California resident or covered by similar US state laws, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children

Our apps and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it where required.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you use our services from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules than your home country.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change when we do. For material changes, we may also note the update on the website or in an app notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
